Because each Sassy Gem is one-of-a-kind and energetically attuned, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. That said, we always stand behind the quality and magic of our pieces.

✅ What We DO Accept:

• Damaged in Transit?

  If your item arrives damaged, contact us at sassygemsco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement—your choice.

• Wire Needs a Touch-Up?

  Life happens! If the wire wrapping becomes loose or damaged within 6 months of purchase, send it back to us and we’ll rewrap it free of charge one time—you just cover shipping. 

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• No refunds for change of heart, energetic preference, or minor aesthetic variations (all items are handcrafted and unique).

• Gift cards, custom pieces, and sale items are final sale.
